Art brings to the table years of experience in management in a number of fields. He has managed large and small construction projects ranging from log homes to a large performing arts facility.
Art is currently a Realtor® and successful Real Estate and loan officer Instructor. A past Senior Executive with achievements in IT systems development and deployment as well as construction and facilities management. His diverse background includes leadership, coaching, problem solving and strategic planning, construction and facilities management. Art has a reputation of being a problem solver, an excellent communicator, teacher, trainer, a successful project manager and as someone who gets things done while working well with customers, staff and senior management. Linda has lived in nine states, and moved 33 times. As a result, looking for the next move has become the “real-state” of her life. She is a teacher and a help. She introduces sensitivity and order into intense situations, and her investigative skills find solutions for even the most difficult situations. Linda has a developed a wide range of expertise in home sales over the last ten years in the Raleigh area, having sold luxury homes and distressed properties. She has marketed and sold preexisting homes consistently and also has worked with new home sales, including a more recent venture in marketing and selling townhomes in a median priced new townhome community. She continues to develop her knowledge and expertise in real estate, availing herself of classes and coaching so that she may bring the best product and service home to her clients.
